Notes
Set up the workout as shown in the floor plan. Athletes will need to face the camera during the thrusters and chest-to-bar pull-ups.
This workout begins with the athletes standing behind the line directly under the pull-up bars. At “3, 2, 1 … go,” all athletes may move to their barbells to perform 15 synchro thrusters, then back to the pull-up bar for 15 synchro chest-to-bar pull-ups. After the pull-ups, they may return to the barbell and complete 15 synchro bar-facing burpees. They will repeat this sequence for 3 rounds.
The workout is over when the team completes the final synchro bar-facing burpee. The team’s score will be the total time it takes to complete the workout. There is no tiebreak.
After the workout is complete, the team must walk to the camera and state the password BEFORE moving or turning off the camera.

1 of 8Athletes and their bars must always remain behind the designated line, 8 feet from the pull-up bar. Touching the line is a no rep. Each set of thrusters begins with the barbell on the ground. Athletes must move the barbell from the bottom of a front squat to full lockout overhead. A full squat clean into the thruster is allowed when the barbell is taken from the floor. The crease of all athletes’ hips must clearly pass below the top of the knees in the bottom position.2 of 8The rep is credited when all athletes reach lockout together with the: hips, knees, and arms fully extended; and barbell directly over or slightly behind the middle of the body. All athletes must reach the lockout position together. If some athletes reach lockout ahead of the others, they may hold the bar overhead and wait for the rest of their team. Athletes must continue pressing the weight up until lockout. Re-dipping during the press (i.e., performing a jerk) will result in a no rep. In the event of a no rep for any athlete, the entire team must complete another full repetition.3 of 8At the start of each rep, the arms must be fully extended, and the feet must be off the ground. Any style of pull-up or grip is permitted as long as the requirements are met.4 of 8The rep is credited when all athletes clearly touch the bar with their body at or below the collarbone. Athletes must touch the bar at the same time. If some athletes reach the bar ahead of the others, they may wait at the top position for their teammates. Wrapping tape around the pull-up bar or wearing hand protection (gymnastics-style grips, gloves, etc.) is permitted, but taping the bar AND wearing hand protection is not. In the event of a no rep for any athlete, the entire team must complete another full repetition.5 of 8The bar-facing burpee starts with all athletes facing their barbell.6 of 8In the bottom position, all four athletes must be perpendicular to their bar. Athletes may step or jump in and out of the bottom position. All four athletes must touch their chest and thighs to the ground, with their head behind the barbell, at the same time before standing to jump over the bar. If some athletes reach the bottom position ahead of the others, they may wait on the ground for their teammates.7 of 8A two-foot takeoff is required. If any athlete makes contact with the bar, the rep will not count. In this case, all athletes will need to complete the entire bar-facing burpee over again. In the event of a no rep from any athlete, the entire team must complete another full repetition.8 of 8Each rep is counted when all athletes touch the ground on the opposite side of the bar. From there, they may begin their next rep.
