Set up the workout as shown in the floor plan. Athletes will need to face the camera during the thrusters and chest-to-bar pull-ups.

This workout begins with the athletes standing behind the line directly under the pull-up bars. At “3, 2, 1 … go,” all athletes may move to their barbells to perform 15 synchro thrusters, then back to the pull-up bar for 15 synchro chest-to-bar pull-ups. After the pull-ups, they may return to the barbell and complete 15 synchro bar-facing burpees. They will repeat this sequence for 3 rounds.

The workout is over when the team completes the final synchro bar-facing burpee. The team’s score will be the total time it takes to complete the workout. There is no tiebreak.

After the workout is complete, the team must walk to the camera and state the password BEFORE moving or turning off the camera.
