    After you watch the elites, it will be your turn to complete the workout. Sign up for a heat anytime throughout the weekend, head to Jennings Landing, and try out the event for yourself. 

    This will be a timed and scored workout, so you can see where you stack up on the leaderboard! The workout will be led by CrossFit’s Seminar Staff and scaled options will be available. Registration for this community event will open soon.
