  • Notes

Prior to starting the workout, set up the floor plan as shown. Athletes may face either direction on both movements. The bar may not cross the line.

This workout begins with the team on the far side of the field of play. At “3, 2, 1 … go,” the first woman will move to the barbell to complete 3 clean and jerks and then 3 bar-facing burpees. She will repeat this sequence until 10 rounds have been completed and then will return to the team to tag the next athlete. The first man will repeat the same sequence using the heavier barbell. Then he will tag the second woman. The second woman and man will complete the sequence with snatches instead of clean and jerks. When the second woman completes her final rep, she will return to tag the second man. Time stops when the second man’s feet have touched the ground on the opposite side of the barbell after the final bar-facing burpee.

The team’s score will be the total time taken to complete the event or the total number of repetitions completed at the time cap. There is no tiebreak for this event

After the workout is complete, the team must walk to the camera and state the password BEFORE moving or turning off the camera.
