Notes
This event begins with the athletes on this the starting mat. At the sound of the beep, they move forward to the Assault AirBike and ride for 30 calories (25 for women). They then advance to the plyo box to complete 20 burpee box jump-overs, advancing the box every 4 reps. Finally, they will advance to the sandbag and complete 10 sandbag cleans, dropping the bag over their shoulder each rep and advancing after every 2 reps. Upon finishing the sandbag cleans, the athlete will carry their sandbag to the finish mat.
The athlete's score is the total time it takes for them to complete the event.
The minimum work requirement for this event is 2 cleans.
Full video of Event 6 can be seen here.
Scoring
Scoring at the Regionals will be the same as at the Games. Every event will be worth up to 100 points, and athletes earn points based on their finish (see chart). At the end of the weekend, the athlete with the most points is the winner. Athletes who tie receive the same number of points. If an athlete fails to complete an event within the time cap (for timed events), their score will be capped, and they will receive a 1-second penalty for each rep not completed.
Minimum Work Requirement
Some events will have a minimum work requirement. For those events, if an athlete fails to meet the minimum work requirement, they will not be eligible to move on to the next event. Athletes must continue to work to complete all the repetitions until the time cap expires.

1 of 5The monitor will be set to zero, and the athlete must reach 30 calories (25 for women) before moving off the equipment. The athlete can adjust the seat at any time but may not touch the monitor.2 of 5The burpee box jump-over starts with the athlete facing the box while touching their chest and thighs to the ground, and finishes with the athlete jumping over the box.3 of 5The feet must land on top of the box but there is no requirement to stand tall. A two-foot takeoff is always required. The athlete may use their hands to get over, but no other part of the body other than hands and feet may touch the box. The athlete may jump off or step off. Each rep is counted when the athlete lands on the ground on the opposite side, where they may begin their next rep. The box must be advanced forward after every 4 reps.4 of 5The sandbag starts on the ground and must be lifted to the shoulder, then passed over the shoulder. Each time the bag is advanced forward it must touch the ground before beginning the next rep.5 of 5With the sandbag at the shoulder, the hips and knees must reach full extension.
