The men’s and women’s field met and far exceeded expectations in Individual Event 13 of the 2021 NOBULL CrossFit Games.
In two-minute intervals with one minute of rest between, athletes had four rounds to carry a heavy yoke — 425 lb (~193.2 kg) for the women, 605 lb (~275 kg) for the men — a total of 168 ft to the finish line.
The catch? A buy-in of 20 GHD sit-ups and 8 cheese-curd burpees over a hay bale to start each round.
