If you haven't heard of Kaela Stephano, there's a chance you've been living under a rock. This teenage phenom entered the CrossFit scene with a first-place finish in the Teenage Girls 14-15 Division at the 2016 Games. Stephano went on to qualify for the 2017 Regionals as an individual athlete, then snagged a gold medal again at the 2017 Games, this time in the Teenage Girls 16-17 Division.

Tommy Marquez chats with 17-year-old Stephano about her life and preparations for the 2018 CrossFit Games in Madison, Wisconsin, where she hopes to continue her impressive podium streak.
