Mat Fraser — 90 Thrusters and 350 Double-unders in 8:24

At the 2017 CrossFit Games, Mat Fraser completed a total of 90 thrusters at 125 lb and 350 double-unders in 8:24.


Heavy 17.5 was modeled after CrossFit Open Workout 17.5 — 10 rounds for time of 9 thrusters (95/65 lb) and 35 double-unders. 

Fraser not only won the Open workout with a time of 6:24, but also won the heavier version at the Games.
