As many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
30 deadlifts (FF)
30 deadlifts (MM)
30 shoulder-to-overheads (FF)
30 shoulder-to-overheads (MM)
♀ 205-lb deadlifts, 125-lb shoulder-to-overheads
♂ 315-lb deadlifts, 185-lb shoulder-to-overheads

QUICK START
- The non-working pair ALWAYS begins at least 5 feet away from the barbells.
- At “Go,” the women move to their barbell and complete 30 deadlifts, alternating as needed.
- Once the women have completed 30 deadlifts, the men will complete 30 deadlifts.
- Then the women move to the second barbell and complete 30 shoulder-to-overheads, alternating as needed, followed by the men.
- The team will continue in this sequence until time expires.
- The score will be the total number of repetitions completed by the team.
NOTES
- The non-working pair of athletes must remain behind the 5-foot line.
- There is no tiebreak.
- Gymnastics grips may NOT be used for this workout.

SYNCHRO REQUIREMENTS
- NONE
EQUIPMENT
- One judge.
- Two 45-lb barbells.
- Two 35-lb barbells.
- For safety: If barbells must be set up behind an athlete, it is recommended to leave adequate space between them.
- Plates and collars.
- Tape, cones, or any other object may be used to indicate the non-working athletes are 5 feet from the barbell.

1 of 10Deadlift: The barbell starts on the ground (both plates touching the ground). The athlete’s hands must be outside the knees. No sumo deadlifts. Any style of grip is permitted.2 of 10The rep is credited when: Hips and knees reach full extension. Head and shoulders are behind the bar when viewed from the side.3 of 10No reps for the deadlift include but are not limited to: Lowering the barbell before reaching full extension of the knees or hips.4 of 10Finishing with the head and/or shoulders in front of the bar.5 of 10Deliberately bouncing the bar.6 of 10Shoulder-to-overhead: The rep begins with the barbell on the shoulders.Each set must start with the bar on the ground. Full extension of the hips and knees after the initial clean is NOT required before beginning the overhead lift. A press, push press, push jerk, or split jerk are all permitted as long as the finish position is achieved.7 of 10The rep is credited when: Arms, hips, and legs are extended. The center of the barbell is over or slightly behind the center of the body. The feet are in line.8 of 10No reps for the shoulder-to-overhead include but are not limited to: Lowering the barbell before full extension of the arms.9 of 10Finishing with the bar in front of the body.10 of 10Passing the bar to your partner or taking the bar out of a rack; the bar must begin on the ground to start each set for each athlete.
