Notes
Prior to starting, athletes must set up the competition area as shown in the floor plan.
This workout begins with all athletes across the line, away from the barbell. After the call of “3, 2, 1 … go,” the first female athlete may move to the barbell to start the snatches. Snatches must be performed facing the box. After completing 9 snatches, the athlete will move to the box and complete 9 burpee box jump-overs, continuing in this manner for the rounds of 6 and 3 reps. After the final burpee box jump-over, the first female athlete will tag the second female athlete to begin the 9 snatches in the same manner. After the second female athlete completes her final burpee box jump-over, she will tag the first male athlete. When the first male athlete finishes his final burpee box jump-over, he will tag the second male athlete. Time stops when the second male athlete’s feet land on the opposite side of the box after the final burpee box jump-over.
The team’s score will be the total time it takes to complete the workout or the total number of repetitions completed before the 15-minute time cap.
Tiebreak (if applicable)
The time should be recorded after each athlete finishes their portion of the workout.
If the team completes the workout before the time cap, there will be no tiebreaker.
If the team does not complete the workout before the time cap, when they log their score they will enter the total number of reps they completed as well as the time at which the last teammate successfully completed the test.
In the case of a tie (i.e., athletes complete the same number of reps), the team with the lower tiebreak time will be ranked higher.
Do NOT use a countdown timer.

1 of 5The athlete and barbell must remain behind the line. If the athlete’s feet or the plates on the barbell touch or cross the line at any time, the rep will not count. The athlete must be facing the box. Each rep starts with the bar on the ground. Power, squat, and split snatches are permitted. Hang snatches are NOT permitted.2 of 5The rep is counted when the hips, knees, and arms are extended. The bar must be over the middle of the body, or slightly behind, when viewed from profile. If a split snatch is used, the feet must return in line with each other before the bar is lowered.3 of 5The burpee box jump-over starts with the athlete facing the box while touching their chest and thighs to the ground and finishes with the athlete jumping over the box. In the bottom position, the center of the athlete’s chest must be on the line, and the feet and hands must be straddling the line.4 of 5A two-foot takeoff is always required, and only the athlete’s feet may touch the box. After landing on the box, the athlete may jump or step off to the other side. Alternatively, the athlete may jump completely over the box. If jumping over the box, the feet must pass over the box, not around it, and the athlete must use a two-foot landing. There is no requirement to stand tall while on top of the box.5 of 5Each rep is counted when the athlete lands on the ground on the opposite side of the box. From there, they may begin their next rep. Athletes must wait beyond the tape line until they are tagged to begin their portion of the workout.
