Lower Extremity adaptive athlete Amy Bream was born without the majority of her right leg. Over the years, Bream has taken action to shift her mindset and build her confidence, refusing to let herself become jaded as a result of her circumstances.

Opening up about her disability and insecurities on social media — often using humor in her posts — Bream has created a connection with others who can relate, regardless of their own limitations.
