Jordan's 18.2 - Should You Redo Open Workouts?

“I do not have a chance to go to Regionals. I am not even close … My goal is to be the best athlete I can be. If I do a workout and then think I can do better, why not do better? ... It’s not an ego about my ranking. It’s not about trying to get to Regionals or even trying to help the team get to Regionals this year. It’s strictly just a personal thing. I want to be the best athlete I can be, and a lot of the time, doing the workout a second time challenges me and tests my ability even more than the first time and then also is a more accurate reflection of who I am as an athlete ... That’s why I do it a second time.” —Jordan Shalhoub
