2020 Games athletes Samuel Cournoyer and Haley Adams completed Stage 1 in Cookeville, Tennessee. CrossFit Mayhem brings us coverage of their Stage 1 performances, plus a behind-the-scenes look into their mindsets and what goes on between events. 

The final five men and women have emerged from Stage 1 to battle for the title of Fittest Man and Woman on Earth. The in-person finals will begin in Aromas, California, on Oct. 19. Stay tuned for details on how to watch all the events as they are streamed live online and on TV.
