Notes
Prior to starting, you must set up the floor plan as shown.
Begin this workout standing at the side of the box. After the call of “3, 2, 1… go,” move to the tape line that has been placed on the floor perpendicular to the box and begin performing burpee box jump-overs. Then, pick up the jump rope and complete 75 double-unders. Next, move to the medicine ball and complete 100 wall-ball shots. Complete this sequence a second time. Time stops when the medicine ball hits the target on the final wall-ball shot.
When the workout is complete, walk to the camera and state the password.
There is no tiebreak for this workout.

1 of 6The burpee box jump-over starts with you perpendicular to the box, your chest and thighs touching the ground, and finishes with you jumping over the box. In the bottom position, the center of your chest must be on the line, and your feet and hands must be straddling the line. Setting the box at an angle is not allowed.2 of 6A two-foot takeoff is required, and only your feet may touch the box. After landing on the box, you may jump or step off to the other side. If you land on the box, both feet must touch the box before you step or jump off. Alternatively, you may jump completely over the box. If jumping over the box, the feet must pass over the box, not around it, and you must use a two-foot landing. There is no requirement to stand tall while on top of the box.3 of 6Each rep is counted when both feet are on the ground on the opposite side of the box. From there, you may begin the next rep.4 of 6If your feet touch or cross the line at any time, the rep will not count. The rope passes under the feet twice for each jump. The rope must spin forward for the rep to count. Only successful jumps are counted, not attempts. You may NOT have assistance resetting or moving equipment.5 of 6At the start of each rep, the ball must be in the support position in front of your body. Squat until your hip crease is below your knee. A squat clean to start the set is allowed but not required as long as the ball starts on the ground.6 of 6The rep is credited when the center of the ball hits the target at or above the specified height. If the ball hits low or does not hit the wall, the rep will not count. If the ball drops to the ground from the top, the ball must settle on the ground before the next rep; it cannot be caught off the bounce. NOTE: If using a mounted wall-ball target, it is HIGHLY recommended that the BOTTOM of the target be mounted to the appropriate height.
