In Stage 1 of the 2020 Reebok CrossFit Games, 30 men and 30 women competed from their local affiliates and home gyms around the world. Athletes were tasked with taking on seven classic benchmark-inspired workouts — but with heavier weights, higher reps, and other twists.

At the end of the online competition, the top five men and five women emerged and will now look ahead to the in-person finals in Aromas, California, starting Friday, Oct. 23.
