2014 Games: Individual Event - Triple 3

2018 Regionals Individual Event 1 has been announced as Triple 3.

300 double-unders
3-mile run

The last time we saw this workout was in 2014, but it was at the Games level rather than Regionals. This year, not only will Regionals athletes be tackling this event with a 49-min. time cap, but they will be completing the 3-mile run on an AirRunner as well.
