Open Workout 22.2 — Tia-Clair Toomey vs. Mallory O’Brien

Two seconds was the difference between a second place finish and an event win in Open Workout 22.2.

Throwback to when now six-time CrossFit Games champion Tia-Clair Toomey and at the time, 18-year-old Mallory O’Brien threw down in a pyramid-style couplet of deadlifts and bar-facing burpees.
