TeamRichey takes us through the first three events of the Norwegian CrossFit Championship with coverage of Day 1. The athletes begin the day with a 2-mile snow run, followed by sets of ring muscle-ups for time in Event 2. Athletes conclude the day by taking on a past CrossFit Open workout, 13.1, which includes bar-facing burpees and snatches. After catching up with athletes throughout the event, Richey decides to get in a workout of his own by completing Event 2 with a few of his friends.
