Semifinals Linda — a twist on the classic CrossFit benchmark workout — was familiar to some European semifinalists and completely new to others.
While the workout is typically performed with a barbell loaded to the athlete’s bodyweight, this Semifinals take included barbells and dumbbells loaded similarly to the variation from the 2018 Regionals.

Squat cleans
Time cap: 17 minutes
Women: 220-lb deadlifts, 60-lb dumbbells, 105-lb squat cleans
Men: 295-lb deadlifts, 90-lb dumbbells, 145-lb squat cleans
