“Abs.”
“Massive nerd.”
“Who?”
These are just a few of the ways people respond when asked to describe Brent Fikowski.
In 2017, Fikowski became the second-fittest man on Earth. He achieved that distinction while holding down a full-time job as an accountant, and he admits that he’s now also a professional athlete.
The first episode of “All In: A Brent Fikowski Documentary” reveals that, despite his fame among CrossFit Games fans, Fikowski maintains a fairly normal life, and he’s able to drive around his hometown without being bombarded by admirers begging for his autograph. While performing Open Workout 18.1, his friends even make light of his relative anonymity by shouting things like “crush it, Brad” and “let’s go, Brett!”
In addition to the insight it provides into the burden of pseudo-celebrity status, this episode includes rare footage that demonstrates Fikowski was on his way to a promising music career before CrossFit derailed him.
Tune in to learn more about the man who never takes himself too seriously but has a serious chance of becoming the first Canadian man to top the Games podium since 2007.
