Affiliate Owners Talk Open Participation With Rory McKernan
In this series of interviews, CrossFit Games host Rory McKernan chats with CrossFit affiliate owners whose gyms had the highest 2017 Open participation numbers. McKernan digs in to find out how each of them gets their members excited about competing each year, and what kind of prep is involved when more than 100 members are participating.
In this interview, McKernan chats with the owner of Choctaw CrossFit, an affiliate in Durant, Oklahoma. The two discuss what gets Choctaw’s members fired up for the Open. Choctaw CrossFit was one of the top affiliates in terms of 2017 Open participation, with 204 members registered.
