I am a mother to two amazing and energetic children. Heading to the gym at 3 am each morning allows me to be 100 % present in my children’s lives while being able to devote the necessary time to my training. I began my CrossFit journey after an inspiring experience as a spectator at the 2012 SoCal Regionals. One year later, I am training and preparing to be a competitor at the 2013 SoCal Regionals. An avid lover of fitness and the gym for as long as I can remember, this sport captured my heart like nothing else. I thrive on the competitive environment that CrossFit offers. I feel fortunate to surround myself with like-minded individuals who choose to be the very best versions of themselves each and every day. And, I consider myself truly blessed to have found a coach that has provided the knowledge and support necessary to help form me into the athlete I always wanted to be. On a personal level, CrossFit has completely changed my life. On a professional level, as a L1 coach, I am provided the opportunity to help my athletes change theirs. “Fall down seven, stand up eight.”
