This weekend, the live Semifinals continue May 27-29 with the Mid-Atlantic CrossFit Challenge in Knoxville, Tennessee, and CrossFit Fittest in Cape Town, at Stellenbosch University, in Stellenbosch, South Africa. Meanwhile teenagers 14-15 and 16-17, and masters 35-39, 40-44, and 45-49 will compete in the online Age-Group Semifinal from May 26-29.
