Adaptive Champions Are Crowned

The first-ever adaptive division champions at the CrossFit Games have been determined.

The 2021 NOBULL CrossFit Games featured the first-ever adaptive competition in Games history. Divisions included men’s and women’s Upper Extremity, Lower Extremity, and Neuromuscular. 

Adaptive athletes were brought into the fold of CrossFit competition during the 2021 Open, when 16 divisions were offered. Hosting a high-level adaptive competition at the CrossFit Games this year marks a huge leap forward in the Sport of Fitness for the large cohort of adaptive athletes who aspire to compete.  

The three-day competition wrapped up today at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin, and the champions have been determined after seven events.
