William Leahy IV Sets Fastest Time in 2014 Regional Event 5

The 2022 CrossFit Semifinals saw a repeat of an event from the 2014 Regionals. Athletes performed 10 rounds for time of 1 legless rope climb (15 ft) and a 170-ft run. 

At the Mid-Atlantic CrossFit Challenge, William Leahy IV set the worldwide record in the event with a time of 2:33.30.
