In anticipation of the 2017 Reebok CrossFit Invitational, the Europe Team is practicing. CrossFit Games Update Show host Sean Woodland, and commentators Jeremy Austin and Kayla Banfield are in Melbourne, and got a look inside the team's practice. The crew also had a chance to speak with some of the team members.
