CrossFit General Manager of Sport Dave Castro says the inclusivity of the CrossFit Open is what makes the worldwide event so special.

"Everyone who wants to play can play," Castro says, "and all the gyms rally behind that, and motivate their members and motivate their communities to participate in the Open."
