Hey All! I've been a Crossfitter since Dec 2015, L1 Coach since June 2017 and this is my second Open. I love doing Crossfit because its never the same workout, I can be completely out of my head, and its another important family in my life. As an executive life coach, I help corporate warriors thrive in their whole life. Coaching is important to me, and its nice to be coached as well. I'm a wife and mother of 3!
