I'm a mother of 2 teenagers, an actuarial consultant, former field hockey, lacrosse, basketball and softball player. I love being active and truly enjoy CrossFit! The people & coaches at CrossFit Freehold are like family and I enjoy being competitive with them and myself. Being a former athlete, I needed a way to fulfill the void I had with competing and this does it for me!
