I am a 26 year old bartender that has been trying to become a consistent and strong CrossFitter for years. My schedule and hours haven't always made it very easy but I recently decided there was no more room for excuses and I've committed my mind and my body to becoming strong and dedicated. Participating in the 2017 OPEN is my way of challenging myself and is just another step towards becoming the best version of myself!
