I'm a mum of 2 girls and have a cross fit crazy husband, I run my own creative agency. Since starting cross fit just over a year ago I've found a joy in being able to totally switch off from work by training. I feel the strongest I've ever felt in my life, and I'm looking forward to seeing my body and mind grow in strength.
