I have not been doing sports for about a decade, except the occasional beach volley ball, badminton or soccer with friends. I picked up CrossFit in early 2016 and had a really hard time adapting and getting into it. I have never been a gym rat, because it bored me out being cooped in a room with 100 people, queueing to finally use the squat rack. It took some time, but CrossFit finally got me hooked. So now I'm here to see where I stand and how I improve year by year. And also to kick ass among the members of my box ;-D
