I started because my daughter started doing CrossFit and working out is the thing i get to do with my daughter. So far it has been the best thing in the world. Finally loosing those lovehandles and able walk up stairs without horrible pain. Best life change i have ever made (short of marrying my wife and my daughter being born)!
