I am a student at University of Central Florida. Growing up I moved a round a lot and fitness wasn't a huge part of life. playing outside quickly grew into playing inside on the computer and on consoles. Weight crept up and fitness was a fleeting memory. I now CrossFit to change that. After watching the 2012 CrossFit Games and watching Rich Froning being able to do all of thee movements, fitness seemed to be more interesting. After coming to college, in 2016 I began my CrossFit journey. Now, a year later I am the fittest I have ever been. being able to lift the weights I do and mobile as I am, I couldn't be happier. With that, the community is something to behold. being apart of the CrossFit family and being a part of a Box is like joining another family.
