I'm a 40 years young lady from Canada . Travis Slawson & I have been together 12 years this May & are parents of five beautiful kids 16,13,10,9, & 4. My only boy who is 9, named Griffiin & from oldest to youngest of girls it's Kya, Rowan, Emry & Macey. My WHY is to believe in dreams coming true - showing my kids that anything is possible when you put your heart into it & fully committed desire to learn everyday my true potential. I have been procrastinating changing my lifestyle for years - watching crossfit motivates me and sparks something greater than myself !I entered in 2017 believing fully in my energy and love of learning the sport! Having been around the block once I still know I have a lot to learn but my love for the sport has only increased and I’m excited to have the opportunity to join again! Empowering the world of fitness and wellness — crossfit allows everyone at all levels to participate and fell welcomed. I hope one day I can help someone else too
