I weighed 310lbs back in September 2016. I was eating myself to an early grave, staring a divorce in the face, and I had given up. Well, on a random Thursday, I decided to change all of that. Signed up at the closest CrossFit gym, went grocery shopping, and as of writing this, 120lbs later, I saved my life. I'm doing the Open this year to see where I'm at in my new life. I've been training hard for 18 months and I want to do well, but I also want to look back to this time and see just how much further I've come.
