I'm a 54 year old business man living in New Caney, just north of Houston. At age 48 I was living in Pagosa Springs, Colorado; I was overweight and in terrible physical shape. I signed up for Crossfit Pagosa and began my journey :) I try to get to the box 5 times at week to coach & workout. I'm looking forward to continuing this crazy journey.
