Lauren has been CrossFitting since 2013 and has competed in local competitions since 2016. Competitions include: Festivus Games 2016, Festivus Games 2017, Desert Games 2017, Desert Games 2018, Sun City Throwdown 2019, and Raise Up The Bar Final Exam Competition 2019. Lauren attended the Level 1 Certification Course in 2018, the Level 2 Certification Course in 2019, and the USAW Level 2 Certification Course in 2022.
