In my 20's and 30's, I represented the United States in numerous international competitions in both the Decathlon and the Javelin Throw. • First place, Decathlon, NCAA Division 1 Championships, 1987. • Silver medal, Decathlon, World University Games, 1987. • Bronze medal, Javelin Throw, USA Nationals, 1995. Now, I enjoy demonstrating that health and wellness can be achieved at any age. • 4th Place, 2019 Wodapalooza.
