I began my CrossFit journey in 2015 at a small cozy box in the Sierra’s of California at CrossFit 6250. I’ve been hooked ever since. CrossFit has easily woven its way in my life as a strong passion. I’m now a level 1 certified trainer and couldn’t be happier with the tools that the philosophy of CrossFit has provided for my life. I can say with confidence that it’ll always be incorporated into my lifestyle. After relocation to the Central Valley, I became a member at CrossFit Centurion where I’ve met some of the greatest people and mentors. Couldn’t be happier!
