I have competed in 6 CF competitions since doing my first Open in 2014 :) Community Series 2014, Clash of the North 2015 and Fittest in Cape Town 2016. I am not as far along as I would like to be with every discipline especially the gymnastics but I do try. I have also more than doubled all my PB's above. Amazing what some time and elbow grease can do! Here's to the 2017 open :)
