I'm a coach at CrossFit Lehi, in Lehi Utah. I've been doing CrossFit for 4 years. I started out at Draper CrossFit in Draper Utah. Then moved gyms to Saratoga Springs CrossFit in 2012 when the gym first opened. And the year after I found out about the CrossFit Games Open. I wanted to go to Regionals SO BAD. Seeing my Idol Chris Spealler compete against people twice his size and 3 times as strong and beating them was amazing. I look forward to competing with everyone in the world!
