I am a husband and father who loves Jesus, my wife, and my five kids. I've been doing CrossFit for about five years but only started getting serious in an actual box within the past year and a half. I'm looking forward to the Open because I love the camaraderie, the challenge, the exertion, and the fun of the WODs. I'm looking forward to encouraging my teammates, being encouraged by them, completing and posting results for all the workouts, and cheering on (and being in awe of) the front-runners!
