Since June 2011 I have lost four stone in five months! This weight loss has been life changing! I have competed in various triathlons including The London Triathlon in 2011. I am a member at Ascot's premium gym in Berkshire 'The Fitness Space' which is owned by my coach Olympic and World Championship finalist athlete Tim Benjamin. Tim has not only ensured I have achieved the weight loss but he has also taught me many skills across the CrossFit spectrum. Tim's knowledge and enthusiasm is first class which has ensured every training session is pushing the boundaries so I am ready for the challenges that lie ahead.
