COMPETED in the Northcentral regionals in 2010, competed at the games in 2011 placed 4th in the masters 55-59, competed in masters 60+ in 2014 finished 1st. Competed in2016 finished in 6th place. I am married for 46 years .Have 4 children all are married and 7 grandchildren. I started crossfit in the fall of 2009 after I went for a checkup and found I had high cholesterol and opted to try and lower it by changing my diet and more exercise. My son and daughter were doing crossfit at Crossfit Omaha and wanted me to give it a try and been doing it every since. T hey also offered nutrition classes which I took and have lowered my cholesterol thru diet and exercise.
