Pre-babies (2016) , I was athletic and very active, a size 10 and really mobile. Fast forward 6 years (post babies) March 2022, I was 25kg heavier, facing heart problems, and PCOS. My mind would tell me I’m still co-ordinated to do anything… but my body didn’t follow suit. I decided enough was enough! So I jumped full tit into Facing Giants cross fit … I’m now 9kg lighter, but stronger and happier than ever. I still have a long journey to go, but watch this space, because I aim to be at the top one day !!
