I am the Assistant Dean for Medical Education Diversity and Inclusion at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. I am the mother of Morgan and Taylor- two amazing adults who are married to two amazing people. Sammy is my granddog and he is fabulous. I have a wonderful and supportive husband, Don. I compete for fun and to see of I can complete the WODS. I love being part of the Crossfit community. It keeps me strong and grounded. What I achieve in the gym translates into strength and discipline in other parts of my life.
