I am a middle school math teacher out of Jefferson City Missouri. I studied mathematics at Harding University in Searcy, AR. I was a baseball player all throughout high school and worked out a decent amount in college. I consider myself still new to CrossFit, but I greatly enjoy the mindset and challenge it provides me.
