Former athlete who got fat and started Crossfit in December 2011. From December to July I lost over 60lbs and was in the best shape of my life. Had some personal problems and made excuses to why I could no longer do Crossfit. Was out of the game 6 months and put 20lbs back on. Started back on 02/25/13 and I plan on putting my all in to see what my limits are and push them even farther.
