I started CrossFit in October of 2012 and have been going strong ever since. Being someone who has never worked out at this level before, CrossFit has been life changing and encourages me to work the hardest at any task that comes my way. As a box owner now my goals for The Open have changed but the main ideals have stayed the same. I want to prove to myself that I am stronger and a better athlete than last year, but most of all I want the athletes that I coach and train to realize how far they have come and how much they are capable of.
